Months ago the Senate reached a consensus to limit or forbid the commercialization and advertising of videogames in which violence and other rejected conducts are promoted. Besides, there are several psychology professionals that agree on the danger of these games.

According to those psychologists: “the addiction of young people to videogames can derivate in gambling addiction” and they think that parents and professors “should intervene actively in these cases” because kids that practice sports and have a good relationship with their parents “have less chances of falling in gambling addictions”. Psychologists recommend limiting the time in front of the videogame “it is not convenient for kids to be exposed to these games for over an hour per day because they can develop an addiction that eventually would lean towards slot machines and bingo”

Besides, many of the aggressive and uncontrolled behavior among kids is provoked by videogames specially the Asian ones. These games cause kids to confuse reality with the game and it can even lead them to murder people.
