An armed gang robbed Gala Bingo in Eastern Road, Brighton, earlier this week. Three masked-men burst into the bingo parlor, armed with knifes and a pistol, and proceeded to take the contents of the safe in front of 40 astonished players.

A Sussex police officer said that the robbery was very quick and took place in only a few minutes. It was a very traumatic experience, not only for the staff but for the costumers as well, because the robbers threaten them all the time.

Gala Bingo said that the police have requested CCTV footage so they can investigate the crime and that the parlor is going to continue its activities as usual.
