Prince William, the second in line to the British throne, was seen at a Bingo Club in Reading, where he and some friends tried their luck. The club is near the Sanhurst Military Academy where the Prince is a cadet.

“He was there,” a spokesperson for he royal family said but refused to give further details. According to the employees of the Club, William signed up for a membership and purchased five tickets for £5.

The Prince played bingo for about an hour with ten friends from the military academy but did not win any of the £20 prizes. “If he had won, we were wondering if he would have shouted 'palace' instead of 'house”, one of the regulars joked.
