A 52-year-old woman from the city of Harlow, England, won the incredible prize of 210.000 euros playing bingo. The lucky lady, who preferred to remain anonymous, said that she felt awarded, since she had been playing bingo for 25 years, but had never won a prize this big so she was thinking in abandoning the game. Her perseverance was awarded big time when she received this huge prize.
The woman hit the jackpot at a Mecca Club located in Terminum Street in the city of Harlow, a very popular place among local gamblers. The award corresponds to the National Bingo Game, which she won for completing the game after 45 calls.

This week, Kansas-based Potawatomi tribe had a meeting with DeKalb County authorities to try to obtain an authorization to move ahead with the tribe’s plans to open a bingo parlor near Shabbona.
The representatives for the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation made a presentation to the board’s Executive Committee and exposed the reasons why they believe the 128 acres near University and Preserve roads is reservation land.
